How do my tenants pay?
You or your manager share a payment link on WhatsApp. Tenants pay in seconds from their phone by Mobile Money or card. You can also invite them to their tenant portal to see receipts and pay in installments.
Does RentFlow collect my rent?
No. RentFlow never touches your money. Online payments go straight to your own FedaPay account, and cash payments are recorded in the app.
Can my manager back home use it?
Yes. You give them access to the properties you choose. Every action is logged, and you can suspend their access at any time.
Does it work in French?
Yes, the app is available in French and English.
Which currencies are supported?
Amounts are shown in the payment's currency, and your totals are grouped by currency.
Is my tenants' data private?
Yes. Documents are stored in a private space and only open through temporary links.
